Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from purchase. Returns after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase for a return. After inspection, you’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method in due course. Note: Only full-priced items are refundable; sale items are excluded.

Shipping Returns

Delivery times for exchanged items vary by location. For pricier returns, consider trackable shipping or insurance, as we can’t ensure the receipt of all returned items.

Damaged Products

To initiate a return, email [email protected]. For items received damaged, please provide photographic evidence in your email, and we’ll strive to make it right, either through a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.

You’ll be responsible for your return shipping costs, which aren’t refundable. If you’re refunded, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Exchange delivery times can vary based on your location.
